The Carlisle Expo Center is in close proximity to several hotels, plenty of restaurants, and downtown Carlisle itself. A wide-open floor plan with 96 pre-mapped vendor spaces makes the layout effortless. 300+ parking spaces on-site, with plenty of overflow room only two blocks away at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. Three large load-in doors, including a raised loading dock, make setup and teardown incredibly easy. When event day finally arrives, each and every client will have an Expo employee on-site to cover all custodial needs. Smaller needs, such as training events and seminars, can be accommodated at cheaper rates with our 35-person conference room.

What is the capacity of the Expo Center? The Main Exhibit Hall: 7,459 standing room only, 3,197 chair set-up only, 1,492 table & chair set-up. Seminar Room: 96 theatre-style, 35 classroom, 100 standing room only.
What is the height of the Expo Ceiling? The lowest point is 12 feet – highest 18 feet
Do you have on-site parking? Yes, there are 300 on-site automobile spaces. Overflow and trailer parking are available at our fairgrounds 1 block away.
Do you have a ticket/information office and private restrooms for event hosts? Yes, the private facilities are located in the ticket office.
Is the building handicap accessible? Yes.
Do you have a loading/unloading dock area? We have a standard loading dock and two retractable doors leading to the Expo floor.
Is the Expo Center a secured building? The building is security alarmed and other security options are available.

Is there a dining area? We have a dining area which seats approximately 66 and other areas of the Expo may be set up for dining.
Can the Expo Floor be divided for two events? No, the building was designed to accommodate one event. Our clients reap the benefits of our undivided attention to service.

The expo center is a huge, modern facility that houses our toy expo every year. The bathrooms are large and super clean. The food and dining areas are a great addition. We love the staff. They are always keeping the expo center clean, and there on the day of the event to take care of any other things.
We have been using the facility for 5+ years to host the Know Your World event. The Carlisle Expo Staff have been extremely accommodating to work with and are always willing to work with us to ensure we can schedule the event to meet the requirements of the War College. During the event, the Carlisle Expo Staff are very responsive when issues arise and work very hard to keep the center clean while the event is going on. The actual center is large enough to hold our event and the parking area is large enough to ensure that all guests are able to park their cars.
We’ve held our show at the Carlisle Expo Center for the past 14 years and we have always had the best service from the administrative team to the hands-on assistance from the on-site staff working at our show. The Expo Center is a beautiful venue, the restrooms, kitchen, and the set-up areas are always clean. All we need to do is ask if something needs doing. Overall, an excellent venue for any event.

Many thanks to the team at the Carlisle Expo Center. Since 2017, the Carlisle Expo Center has generously hosted Carlisle 4 Kids, an annual, community wide give-away of back to school supplies. Over the past six (6) years over 4,800 children from our community have received all the supplies needed to start the school year off on the right foot.
